Q: How do pre orders work & what are pre orders?

A: A pre-order is an order placed for an item that will be be released soon or is not currently in stock. Pre-orders allow customers to order products in advance before it is sold out. Processing time take typically 2-3 weeks.

 

Q: When do orders get shipped with tracking numbers? 

A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, does not include weekends. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 1-2 weeks tops.

 

Q: How Do I Track My Order

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by going to this page - TRACK MY ORDER <- Order Lookup Page

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.


Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Unfortunately , we are not doing any international orders right now. International orders will be available soon!
